What is HIVE of Her?
Hive of Her is a dedicated space for the women of Hive to connect beyond the structure of business and referrals. These gatherings are socially driven and relationship-focused, giving women the opportunity to build genuine connections, collaborate naturally, and support one another without the pressure of a transactional environment.
Why It Exists
Women remain underrepresented in business leadership and professional networking. Hive of Her was created to bring balance by cultivating a community of ambitious, like-minded women who understand the challenges, the growth, and the drive behind building a career or business.
How It Works
Hive of Her hosts monthly events that bring together the women from every Hive colony. These gatherings are designed to offer a moment to step away from the pace of work, take a deep breath, and recharge alongside a supportive community. Each experience is intentionally curated to foster connection, encouragement, and empowerment — because when women are supported, they grow stronger together.

Cadence leads Hive of Her with a rare balance of ambition and grace. Elegant, focused, and deeply intentional in how she builds community. A former professional ballerina turned fast-growing real estate agent here in Indianapolis, Cadence understands discipline, excellence, and what it takes to grow in competitive environments.
